911, it’s a good show. We all love it, from Buck Buckley to Eddie Diaz, Captain Nash, and everyone else. And, we have exciting news regarding the show itself, specifically for Season 9!
People are angry, rightfully so, at the death of Peter Krause’s character, Bobby Nash. However, this will hopefully make you all feel slightly better regarding the death of such a father-figure character. So, let’s get fully into this, shall we?
911 Show News to be Excited For
Oliver Stark has said, “filming on the new season of 911 begins in about a month,” and while he has yet to read a script, he does have an idea about what to expect.” This comes from TVinsider.com, and in that article, it also says that Oliver Stark’s character, Buck Buckley, might be preparing to be captain himself one day. That day will not be coming soon, unfortunately.
Henrietta Wilson (Aisha Hinds) or Chimney Han (Kenneth Choi) will most likely be the captain next, since they’re “cut from the same cloth as Bobby (Peter Krause),” according to TVinsider. Chimney was also a temporary captain previously. And that’s all we know so far, which, admittedly, isn’t much, but we will definitely learn more as filming for the franchise goes on.
What Else to Expect?
Overall, we don’t really have much outside of filming beginning this very fall (exciting, we know!). And we have a pretty decent guess as to what will happen next to the core four of 911 (Buck, Chim, Hen, and Eddie).
Outside of that, it’s pretty early, but hopefully we’ll get Bobby back, even if it’s unlikely, we fans can hope, right? Anyway, have a good one and be sure to watch the show, it’s great, and if you haven’t seen it, you’ll regret it!
